¼ cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup canola oil

Steps:

  • Blend lime juice, honey, sugar, mustard, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cumin in a blender; stream olive oil and canola oil into the juice mixture while blending to emulsify the oil into the juice.

1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup canola oil

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients except the two oils in a blender or food processor and mix until combined. If you don't have either of those machines, you can put everything inside a glass jar with a lid and shake vigorously.
  • While machine is running, pour the two oils in through the hole in the top and stop when ingredients are blended.
