- Mix together streusel ingredients with a pastry knife, then side aside. To make pizza, pat dough into a 12 inch pie pan that has been sprayed with oil, then brush with 1 TBSP melted butter. Sprinkle cinnamon all around buttered crust. Top pizza crust with 1/2 - 3/4 cup streusel mix (freeze remaining streusel mix for another pizza). Bake at 460 F for 8 to 9 minutes depending on the thickness of the pizza. Cover with aluminum foil halfway through to keep streusel from burning. Mix icing ingredients until it is of a drizzle consistency. If it is too thick, then thin with a small amount of water until you have reached your desired thinness. When finished baking, top with icing in a circular pinwheel pattern. I usually ice the pizza with a sandwich bag with the end cut off.

Perforate pizza dough with a fork (this keeps bubbles from forming), then brush with 1 TBSP melted butter. Sprinkle cinnamon all around buttered crust. Top pizza crust with streusel mix. Bake at 460 F for 8 to 9 minutes depending on the thickness of the pizza. Mix icing ingredients until it is of a drizzle consistency. If it is too thick, then thin with a small amount of milk until you have reached your desired thinness. When finished baking, top with icing in a circular pinwheel pattern. Cut up and enjoy!

- For the pizza crust, combine the water, yeast, sugar, salt and oil. Add the flour until a soft dough forms and pulls away from the sides of the bowl (this can be done by hand or in the bowl of an electric stand mixer). You may not need to add the full amount of flour - or, you may need to add more than the 4 cups, it will depend on many factors. The goal is a soft, smooth dough so judge by texture and feel and not by exact flour amounts. Knead for 2-3 minutes. Cover the dough lightly and let it rest while preparing the other components.
- For the cinnamon streusel topping, stir together the brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Add the soft butter and mix with a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture is crumbly and the butter is well-distributed.
- For the apple mixture, heat the butter in a 10- or 12-inch skillet until melted. Add the chopped apples, brown sugar and cinnamon, and cook, stirring often, until the apples are tender (but not mushy) and the mixture is thick and bubbly, 4-5 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 425. Generously oil a round cake pan. Place the ball of dough in the cake pan and press outwards until the edges of the dough are creeping up the sides of the pan. Sprinkle the dough lightly with cinnamon sugar.
- Pulse the flours and sugars in a food processor with the butter and oil (or form crumbs with your hands). Pulse JUST until crumbs form and sprinkle over the pizza on top of the unbaked crust.
- Bake for anywhere from 8-10 minutes. When the crust and topping are golden brown, remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
- Whisk the powdered sugar, maple syrup, and cream together. Adjust consistency with a little extra water or milk. Drizzle over the warm pizza. Cut into wedges and serve with coffee or a big glass of milk. Mmm.
