Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and flour one 10 inch tube or Bundt pan.
- Combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, rum and oil. Mix until smooth and pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 1 hour or until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 25 minutes in pan before removing; remove and allow to cool completely.
- Prepare the frosting by blending together the frosting and rum. Ice the cake and sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped pecans over the top. Seal in airtight container.

Steps:
- Prepare cake as directed on package for two round pans.
- When cool, "slice" through cakes to make 4 "thin" cakes.
- Beat sugar, shortening, vanilla, milk, salt and water for 7 minutes.
- Add powdered sugar and beat for 5 minutes longer.
- Lay one layer of cake on plate.
- Spread Cream filling on top only, do not go all the way to the edge.
- Lay another layer of cake on this.
- Spread cream filling on this too.
- Again layer and filling until you have all four layers on here.
- Ice the whole cake with the chocolate icing.

- In a large saucepan, combine the raisins, 4 tablespoons water, orange juice and pineapple. Bring to a boil. Combine cornstarch and remaining water until smooth; gradually stir into raisin mixture. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in extract if desired. , Cut the ham steak into four pieces. In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook ham over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side or until browned. Serve with raisin sauce.

- Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Pour batter into a greased 11x17 cake pan and bake 12-15 minutes at 350°F Cool.
- Combine sugar, margarine, shortening, millk, vanilla, and salt. Beat until fluffy (10-15 minutes). Spread over cooked cake.
- Melt frosting in microwave for 20 seconds to soften. Spread frosting over white cream layer.

Steps:
- Soak raising in rum, set aside.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter: press firmly into springform pan, chill.
- Beat egg yolks and milk, sprinkle in gelatin and shisk. Stir constatny over low heat until gelatin dissolves and mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
- Add coffee and chocolate chips, continue stirring over lowheat until mealted adn smooth. Remove from heat.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy, gradually beat in gelatin mixture, raisins adn rum.
- Chill until mixture mounds slightly when dropped froma spoon.
- Beat egg whites utnil stiff, but not dry: fold into gelatin mixture. POur into springform pan, chill until set, about 2-3 hours. When set, decorate with choclater curls and sprinkle with icing sugar if desired.

- Split cakes and line 13x9 pan with them cream side up.
- Blend cream cheese with milk then blend in pudding mixes.
- Pour over cakes.
- If you opt to add berries, layer them now evenly over the pudding mixture,.
- Spread cool whip over the top.
- IF desired sprinkle with chocolate curls, sprinkles or nuts.
- Chill until serving time.
- Try twinkies with lemon pudding or butterscotch, or Ho-Hos with french vanilla pudding and those new flavored cool whips like strawberry or chocolate.
