1 large ripe banana
1 cup coarsely crushed ice cube

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine the skim milk, pudding mix, banana, and ice cubes; cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

1 cup skim milk or 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
4 ice cubes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or almond extract) or 1 teaspoon instant coffee
sugar substitute

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend until all ice is crushed and milk shake is thick.
  • It really does become thick.
