WHOPPER BROWNIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Heat chocolate and butter in a large microwave safe bowl at medium power for about 3-4 minutes, or until butter is melted* and then stir until chocolate is melted. Whisk in sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt. Slowly stir in flour and malted milk powder, just until combined. Spread 1/2 of the batter into the prepared pan, then add a layer of chopped Whoppers. Cover with the remaining batter and bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool completely on a cooling rack before frosting with ganache. to prepare ganache: Measure out chocolate in a medium bowl. Microwave cream in a small bowl for about 30 seconds to a minute, just to heat it up, but not bubble over.* Pour cream over chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes. Stir until chocolate is melted. Spread evenly over cooled brownies and top with any remaining chopped Whoppers.

BROWNIE COOKIE WHOOPIE PIES

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Lightly coat a wire rack with cooking spray.
• Stir brownie mix and flour together in a medium bowl until well combined. Add chocolate chips, oil, and eggs; stir until well blended.
• Scoop 20 rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets. Decorate 1/2 of the cookies with candy sprinkles.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 9 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes before removing to the sprayed rack to cool completely, about 30 minutes.
• Meanwhile, combine powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment; blend until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes. Fold in marshmallow creme.
• Place marshmallow mixture in a large zip-top bag and cut a small hole in one corner. Pipe filling onto the center of one plain cookie and top with a sprinkled cookie. Repeat with remaining filling and cookies.

CUPCAKE BROWNIES WW

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°.
• In a bowl, stir together flour, brown sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
• In a second bowl stir together remaining ingredients.
• Pour water mixture over flour mixture and,.
• Stir until batter is smooth.
• Pour into a nonstick 12 hole muffin tin coated with cooking spray.
• Filling until half full.
• Bake until toothpick inserted in center of cupcake comes out clean, 18 to 20 minutes.
• Remove from oven.
• Let stand 5 minutes then turn out onto rack to cool.
