- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly brush the tortillas, front and back, with olive oil. Season generously with adobo seasoning.
- Cut each tortilla round into 8 triangular wedges with kitchen scissors or a very sharp knife. Spray 2 or 3 baking sheets lightly with vegetable oil cooking spray. Evenly spread the tortilla chips in a single layer pm a large baking sheet. Bake, turning halfway through the cooking time, until crisp and golden brown, about 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss apples, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons butter in a 2-quart baking dish.
- Toss oats, whole wheat flour, cinnamon, salt, remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar, and remaining 4 tablespoons butter in a small bowl until evenly mixed and no dry spots remain (it should be very wet and form into clumps when pressed together). Sprinkle oat mixture over apples and bake until topping is golden brown (it will crisp as it cools) and filling is juicy and bubbling, 50-60 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes to let juices set. Serve topped with scoops of ice cream.

This healthier version of the original chocolate chip cookie is still chewy and full of flavor. I came up with this recipe on my own so that I could feel a little less guilty about snacking on my favorite sweet treat. Unfortunately, I think they are so delicious that I tend to eat more than I should!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Cream butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together in a large bowl until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until light and fluffy. Add whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt and mix. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts to make a very crumbly dough. Use hands and spoon to press and compact dough.
- Form dough into approximately 3 dozen 1 1/2-inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Press down slightly to flatten.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from the baking sheet.

- In a small bowl, dissolve 1 of the bouillon cubes in the hot water. Let the broth cool completely, then refrigerate until chilled, about 15 minutes.
- In a food processor, pulse both flours with the sugar and salt. Scatter the butter on top and pulse until a coarse meal forms. Add the broth and pulse until the dough comes together. Transfer to a work surface and gather into a ball. Cut in half and pat into disks; wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. On a lightly floured work surface, roll out each disk of dough to a 12-inch round and transfer to a prepared baking sheet. Brush the rounds with milk and sprinkle with rosemary. Finely grate the second bouillon cube on top.
- Bake the crackers for about 18 minutes, until crisp. Let cool completely, then break into large shards and serve.
