- Combine the wine, Simple Syrup, orange juice and rum in a pitcher. Add the raspberries and peaches and stir. Chill, covered, at least 1 hour and up to 24. Serve over ice. Add a peach slice and mint for garnish and enjoy!
- Combine the sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and let cool completely. Keep covered in the refrigerator up to 1 month.

- Pour white wine, peach nectar, triple sec, orange juice, pineapple juice, and peach schnapps into a 2-quart pitcher and stir to mix. Chill for 3 to 4 hours, if possible.
