I created this recipe for my little sister, Abbey, who's a latte fanatic. She was blown away, and drained it to the last drop! This makes one VERY large, indulgent latte, and could probably serve two. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 ½ cups milk
1 tablespoon heavy cream
⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon white sugar
½ cup brewed espresso
¼ cup white chocolate chips, chopped

Steps:

Combine the milk and cream in a saucepan, and whisk over high heat until hot and frothy. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and sugar. Whisk together hot espresso and white chocolate chips in a mug until smooth. If you are making two, pour half into another mug. Top with the frothy hot milk and stir to blend in the flavoring.

This is made with green tea, not with black. Not exactly a very classical chai, but made out of a sudden green tea - cardamom - latte - craving. It turned out much better than I ever hoped it would! I used rice milk, but will post it just with "milk", use what matches your needings.

Ingredients

1 cup milk
1/2 ounce white chocolate
1/2 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon green tea, leaves
1 teaspoon candied ginger
4 cardamom pods
1/2 vanilla bean
1/4 teaspoon star anise, ground
1 teaspoon honey

Steps:

Put all ingredients except the white chocolate in a blender and mix on high.
Pour mixture into a sauce pan, add white chocolate, bring to a slight simmer and simmer for 4 minutes.
Put hot mixture back into blender, blend again on high until creamy.
Strain through a sieve.
Serve hot.
Enjoy!

A relaxed and informal way to enjoy Baileys, Baileys Latte tastes great in the afternoon and hits the spot after dinner.

1 1/2 tablespoons espresso coffee
3 1/2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
steamed milk (the amount of milk will depend on the size of your glass or mug)
chocolate shavings

Steps:

In your coffee mug or coffee glass pour in espresso coffee and Baileys.
Fill with steamed milk.
Decorate the top with froth.
Sprinkle over the chocolate shavings.

2/3 cup white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
whipped cream
cinnamon stick

Steps:

In a saucepan, stir together the first 4 ingredients over low heat until white chocolate melts.
Stir in vanilla and almond extracts; pour mixture into 4 mugs.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with cinnamon sticks.

I came up with this while trying to find a really decadent coffee treat. The white chocolate and Baileys provide enough sweetness that you will not need any sugar! If you like your coffee strong, just add more instant coffee granules.

Ingredients

2 cups milk
3 ounces white chocolate
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
whipped cream (optional topping)

Steps:

In a saucepan over a low heat, warm the milk until tiny bubbles start to appear around the edges.
Add the white chocolate to the pan and stir constantly until it has dissolved.
Stir in the instant coffee granules and Baileys and continue to heat and stir until the coffee granules have also dissolved.
Serve hot with whipped cream if desired!
