Ingredients

1 medium onion chopped
4 clove garlic minced
1 lb ground beef
1/2 c jack daniels whiskey
4 c stewed tomatoes
1 can(s) 12 oz. coke a cola
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 c frozen corn
1 can(s) 14.5 oz can chili beans
salt and pepper
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream

Steps:

1. Add some oil to a bottom of a Dutch oven. Place the onions and garlic in the pan and saute 3 minutes. Add the ground beef and cook until the meat is no longer pink.
2. Pour in the whiskey and let most evaporate about 5 minutes. Place the stewed tomatoes in a food processor and chop until the tomatoes are chopped small. Add to the pan.
3. Pour in the coke and add the chili powder. Bring to a boil reduce heat to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes. Add the corn and beans. Cook 5 more minutes.
4. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Serve topped with shredded cheese and sour cream
