- In a large plastic container combine lemonade concentrate, orange juice concentrate, tea, sugar, whiskey and water. Mix well and freeze for 24 hours.
- Scoop into a tall glass, 3/4 full, and pour ginger ale to fill the glass. Stir and garnish with lemon wedges.

BRANDY SLUSH
Brandy slush is a Wisconsin favorite during the holiday season. This delicious brandy cocktail is infused with flavors of citrus and tea, and it's perfect for making in advance for parties. Garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary for a festive look.

Steps:
- Heat a large saucepan to medium-high. Add 2 cups water and sugar and heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring as needed. Remove from heat and add tea bags. Steep until cooled and discard tea bags.
- Add tea syrup to a large freezer friendly container with remaining ingredients. Stir and cover with a an airtight lid.
- Freeze overnight, or for a minimum of 6 hours.
- To serve, scoop brandy slush into glasses and top with seltzer or soda. Garnish with an orange slice.

- Place tea bags in a small bowl. Bring 2 cups water to a boil; pour over tea bags. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Discard tea bags. Transfer tea to a large pitcher; stir in the brandy, lemonade concentrate, juice concentrate and remaining water. Pour into a 4-qt. freezer container. Freeze overnight or until set., For each serving, scoop 3/4 cup slush into a rocks glass. Pour lemon-lime soda into the glass; if desired, serve with lime wedge.

- To serve, scoop desired amount into glass, then fill glass with lemon-lime soda, and stir.

WHISKEY-CRANBERRY SLUSHES

- Combine the whiskey, 3 cups cranberry juice, the pomegranate juice, orange juice, lime juice, sugar and 1/2 cup water in a large, shallow freezer-safe container. Stir well, then cover and freeze until the mixture is icy, stirring every 20 to 30 minutes, 4 to 5 hours.
- Scrape the frozen mixture with a spoon and divide among glasses, filling them three-quarters of the way. Divide the remaining 3 cups cranberry juice among the glasses and top with the diced cranberries; stir until slushy and garnish with mint.

- 1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add tea bags. Let steep.
- 2. On the stove top, heat the 7 cups of water and 2 cups of sugar until sugar is dissolved. Combine tea, sugar/water mixture and the frozen juices and brandy. Freeze completely. (It will not freeze solid due to the brandy, and this is why it is like a slushy when scooped out.)
- 3. Scoop out brandy mixture that has been frozen with an ice cream scoop into glasses. Top off with a splash of 7 up.

- In a small saucepan, combine 2 cups of the water with the granulated sugar. Heat over medium high heat and whisk until the sugar is dissolved (making a simple syrup). Set aside.
- In a gallon sized ice cream pail (or similar sized freezer safe container), combine the thawed orange juice and lemonade with the Brandy and Peach Schnapps. Mix well and add the remaining 7 cups of water. Pour in the simple syrup you made. Cover and freeze for 24 hours.
