VODKA GUMMIES RECIPE - (4.7/5)

Vodka Gummies Recipe - (4.7/5) image

Provided by á-75476

Number Of Ingredients 2

Large Bag of Gummie candy
Vodka of choice

Steps:

  • Dump a bag of gummy bears in a bowl. Pour vodka on top of them. Let them sit in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. They will get all fat and happy (and soak up the vodka). Want less alcohol? Pour less in the bowl. Want more alcohol? Pour more in the bowl. They will soak up whatever amount you pour on top of them. This also works with gummy worms, gummy fish or gummy anything really. {Mmm..use Honey Whiskey if you can find it}

CANDY-INFUSED VODKA

Candy-Infused Vodka image

Transform a bottle of vodka into a candy-flavored drink for the over 21 crowd. Give away as party gifts-bottles can be refrigerated for up to 6 months.

Provided by Inspired Taste

Categories     Beverage

Time 3h30m

Yield 3

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 pint-size canning jars with tight-fitting lids
3/4 cup yellow candy-coated fruit-flavored chewy candies
3/4 cup orange candy-coated fruit-flavored chewy candies
3/4 cup purple candy-coated fruit-flavored chewy candies
1 bottle (750 ml) vodka
6 coffee filters
3 flasks (8.5 oz each)

Steps:

  • In each canning jar, place one color candies. Pour 1 cup (8 oz) vodka over candy in each jar, making sure candy is completely covered with vodka. Place lids on jars; seal tightly. Shake each jar vigorously 20 seconds. Let stand 3 hours.
  • Filter each candy-infused vodka through 1 coffee filter placed over 2-cup glass measuring cup. (This can be a slow process due to the build up of sugar from the candy. It may be necessary to poke a few small holes into the coffee filter for an initial filtration.) Repeat process with a second coffee filter. If after the second filtration a sugar residue remains, filter again or skim with a spoon.
  • Carefully pour each infused vodka into separate flask. (If necessary, use funnel.) Refrigerate until ready to use; refrigerate up to 6 months.
