Whether I use regular or decaf crystals, everyone I know gives this creamy coffee-and-chocolate blend rave reviews. It's easy to mix, put in pretty jars and keep on hand for hostess gifts.

Yield 1 serving.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup powdered nondairy creamer
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS (for each batch):
1 cup boiling water

Steps:

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the creamer, sugar, coffee granules and cocoa. Cover and process until fine. Transfer to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 1 year. Yield: 8 servings (2 cups total)., To prepare mocha coffee: Place 1/4 cup mix in a mug; add boiling water and stir until dissolved.

1 ¼ cups instant coffee granules
7 cups dry milk powder
5 ¾ cups powdered chocolate drink mix
¼ cup confectioners' sugar
1 ¾ cups powdered non-dairy creamer

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix together instant coffee, milk powder, chocolate drink mix, confectioners' sugar and powdered creamer. Store in an airtight container.
  • To serve, place 4 tablespoons of mixture into a coffee mug. Stir in 1 cup boiling water.

1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
3/4 cup instant coffee powder
1/2 cup non-dairy coffee creamer
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • Place sugar in small bowl. Sprinkle with extracts and stir with a fork until no trace of moisture remains.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend thorougly.
  • Store in an air-tight container.
  • Use 2-3 tsp mix per cup of boiling water.

6 pieces hard candies, lifesavers..orange finely crushed
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • First three ingredients are for Basic coffee mix.
  • sugar, non dairy creamer, instant coffee granules.
  • For Mocha.then you add 2 tsps baking cocoa.
  • Orange Cappuccino coffee -- 6 whole orange livesavers.finely crushed.
  • Viennese Coffee:.
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
  • COMBINE COFFEE MIX INGREDIENTS.Store in an airtight container.
  • To prepare, combine mix with 8 cups of boiling water or use 2 tbls mix per cup., stir until dissolved.
  • To prepare any of the flavored coffee -- add the additional ingredients to the basic mix before adding the water.You might want to make this up in your desired flavor choice.

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup coffee instant powder or granules
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ground
Miniature marshmallows or whipped cream (optional)

Steps:

  • * A comforting brew for a cold winter's evening or any special moment. Place dry milk, sugar, coffee powder, cocoa powder and cinnamon in a blender container. Cover and blend until very fine.Store in an airtight container in a cool place.Use 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture (more for a heartier flavor) for each cup of boiling water and stir well. Top with marshmallows or whipped cream if desired.Pack mix in a fancy tin or a decorated instant coffee jar. Label with instructions for use. Add a small spoon or some cinnamon sticks tied with a narrow ribbon.
