HAWAIIAN FRIED RICE
Put those holiday ham leftovers to good use by making this Hawaiian Fried Rice recipe. It's quick, easy, and SO delicious!

Steps:
- Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and Sriracha in a small bowl and set aside.
- In a large 12-inch skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until just smoking.
- Add ham, bell pepper, green onion whites, and yellow onion and cook, occasionally stirring until lightly browned, 7-9 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add eggs to the skillet and stir them into the other ingredients.
- Stir constantly until eggs are cooked, about 3 minutes.
- Add rice and soy sauce mixture to skillet, stir until combined, and rice is heated through.
- Turn off heat and stir in pineapple and remaining green onions.
- Serve immediately.

CRISPY HAWAIIAN FRIED RICE

Steps:
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ham, barbecue spice and scallion whites. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Lower the heat to medium. Toss the rice with the remaining 2 tablespoons oil in a medium bowl. Add to the skillet and quickly stir so the ham and scallions get evenly distributed in the rice. Cook without stirring for 5 minutes so the bottom gets crispy.
- Combine the hoisin, soy, chile sauce and ginger in a small bowl and whisk together. Add the sauce to the skillet along with the peas and pineapple. Stir gently to combine, retaining the crispy bottom. Serve immediately topped with the fried egg, french-fried onions, sesame seeds and scallion greens.
HAWAIIAN LUAU FRIED RICE
This Hawaiian Fried Rice is the perfect summer side dish recipe.

Steps:
- Cook rice according to package directions for 6 cups cooked rice; set aside.
- Add shredded coconut to a pan over medium-high heat. Stir constantly until coconut begins to turn golden brown.
- Remove coconut completely from the pan; set aside.
- Using the same pan over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil, onion, ginger, bell pepper and ham and sauté until ham begins to turn golden brown and red pepper and onion are tender.
- Add cooked rice, pineapple, sesame oil, soy sauce and toasted coconut to the pan and cook, stirring constantly, until heated through and well combined.
- Remove from heat.
- Serve and garnish with green onion.

- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the green onions in the oil for 1 minute. Add the ham, eggs, and the peas and carrot blend to the oil. Cook and stir until the egg is completely cooked. Add the rice and bean sprouts to the egg mixture and stir continually until the rice is heated completely through. - Preheat a large skillet or wok to medium heat. Add vegetable oil to grease the skillet. Add chopped ham, white onion, and red bell pepper and cook until tender.
- Slide the ham, onion, and red bell pepper to the side, and pour the beaten eggs onto the other side. Using a spatula, cook and scramble the eggs. Once cooked, mix the eggs with the vegetable mix.
- Add the rice and pineapple to the skillet with everything. Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil on top. Stir and cook the rice and veggie mixture until heated through and mixed together. Finish with the diced green onions if desired.
