The perfect fluffy frosting for brownies or chocolate cake. Sweet but not too sweet. Peanut buttery but not greasy. So wonderful and it won't over power your brownies!!!

Ingredients

½ cup butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons milk, or as needed
2 cups confectioners' sugar

Steps:

Place the butter and peanut butter into a medium bowl, and beat with an electric mixer. Gradually mix in the sugar, and when it starts to get thick, incorporate milk one tablespoon at a time until all of the sugar is mixed in and the frosting is thick and spreadable. Beat for at least 3 minutes for it to get good and fluffy.

1 cup peanut butter
½ cup vegetable shortening
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ½ cups confectioners' sugar
¼ cup soy milk, or more as needed

Steps:

Whip peanut butter, shortening, and vanilla together in a mixing bowl until well blended. Add powdered sugar and soy milk; mix until light and fluffy. If mixture is too thick, add 1 tablespoon soy milk at a time until creamy and spreadable.
