Sieve the fondant icing sugar into a large bowl and add enough water to make it the right consistency for spreading on biscuits. It should be thin enough to drizzle but not too runny to drip off the biscuits. Follow the instructions on your packet of icing for rough measurements.
Split the icing into four different bowls and add food colouring gel to each one. Only use a drop because you want the colours to stay pale and pastel shades.
Drizzle a bit of each coloured icing onto a Rich Tea biscuit. Swirl the colours together until you are happy with the look. Add sprinkles and leave to set.
