TURKEY SPINACH APPLE WRAP
My mom made this for one of our snacks. This and a tall glass of sweet tea hit the spot.

Steps:
- Combine mayonnaise and mustard, Lay out both wraps. Spread the edges of each with mayonnaise mixture. Leaving the edges free.
- Arrange a layer of greens on top of the wraps.
- Top each layer with turkey. Evenly divide apple slices and lay lengthwise across turkey.
- Fold over the end of the wrap closest to you then the two sides.
- Roll the wraps as tightly as possible toward the opposite side.
- Cover each wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate seem side down, up to 4 hours before serving.
- When ready to serve remove plastic wrap and cut each wrap in half at an angle.

- Spread each tortilla evenly with dip. Arrange spinach leaves evenly over dip to within 1 inch of top edge. Top with single layer of tomato slices. Evenly layer turkey slices over tomatoes.
- Starting with bottom edge, tightly roll up each tortilla. Wrap rolls individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours.
- To serve, trim off uneven ends of rolls. Cut rolls into 1-inch slices; arrange on serving platter.

- Place tortillas on a place and cover with plastic wrap. Warm tortillas slightly in the microwave, about 20 seconds.

- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine 1 teaspoon curry and salt. Add turkey, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. In a small skillet, cook turkey in oil over medium heat until no longer pink. Cool slightly., In a blender, combine the apple juice, sour cream, mayonnaise, cinnamon, turkey and remaining curry; cover and process until blended. Stir in apple and raisins.
