Try a Turkey-Apricot Panini for a warm midday morsel. Our Turkey-Apricot Panini is the perfect blend of sweet and spicy thanks to its combination of apricot preserves, Dijon mustard, sourdough bread, habanero cheese, and oven roasted turkey breast.

1/4 cup apricot preserves
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
8 sourdough bread slices (1/2 inch thick)
4 KRAFT Big Slice Hot Habanero Cheese Slices
16 slices OSCAR MAYER Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

Steps:

  • Heat panini grill.
  • Mix preserves and mustard until blended; spread onto 4 bread slices.
  • Top with cheese, turkey and remaining bread slices to make 4 sandwiches.
  • Grill, in batches, 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown.

1 slice CRACKER BARREL BLACK RIBBON Wisconsin Havarti, cut in half
1/4 cup tightly packed baby spinach leaves
1 oz. deli turkey breast, cut into thin slices

Steps:

  • Heat greased panini grill.
  • Spread 1 bread slice with preserves.
  • Top with 1 cheese piece, spinach, turkey and remaining cheese piece; cover with remaining bread slice.
  • Grill 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted and outside of sandwich is golden brown.

4 pieces multigrain bread, toasted
2 tablespoons apricot jam
3 ounces thinly sliced deli peppered turkey
2 slices tomato
2 slices red onion
2 pieces leaf lettuce
2 slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Steps:

  • In a small skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain., Spread two toast slices with jam. Layer with turkey, bacon, tomato, onion, lettuce and cheese. Spread remaining toast with mustard; place on top.
