1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 package chocolate cake mix (regular size)
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Confectioners' sugar
Vanilla ice cream, optional

Steps:

  • Prepare pudding according to package directions. Whisk in dry cake mix. Stir in chocolate chips. , Pour into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° until the top springs back when lightly touched,30-35 minutes. , Dust with confectioners' sugar. Serve with ice cream if desired.

1 ½ cup granulated sugar ((300 grams))
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon instant espresso powder (, optional)
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour ((120 grams))
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips ((170 grams))
¼ cup unsalted butter (, cubed (56 grams))
5 ounces bittersweet chocolate (, chopped or use chips (140 grams))

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan set over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate, stirring frequently. When melted and smooth, remove from heat and stir in the sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each. Stir in the vanilla and espresso, if using. Gently stir in the flour and salt, stirring only until streaks of flour are almost gone. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake until edges are firm and dry, and center is set but not dry, about 35-40 minutes. Let cool completely.

1 package (11-1/2 ounces) milk chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups crisp rice cereal
1 can (16 ounces) cream cheese frosting
1 cup salted peanuts, chopped

Steps:

  • Prepare and bake brownie mix according to package directions, using a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Cool on a wire rack. , In a large saucepan, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. 16 chocolate sandwich cookies
½ box brownie batter, prepared according to package instructions

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Press the cookie dough in an even layer on the bottom of a 9-inch (23-cm) square baking dish. Place the cookies in an even layer on top of the cookie dough. Pour the brownie batter on top, spreading it evenly over the cookies.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool, slice, then serve.

3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk, divided
1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup red hard candies (melts)
1/2 cup green hard candies (melts)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Line 13x9 baking pan with enough foil to overhand sides by 2"; coat with cooking spray.
  • In pot over low heat, combine butter and chocolate; cook, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat; stir in sugar, then eggs 1 at a time; add vanilla.
  • Add flour baking powder and salt; stir until combined.
  • Spread in pan.
  • Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out with moist crumbs clinging.
  • Cool completely in pan.
  • In pot, heat 1 can milk and white chocolate chips over low heat, stirring often, until melted and smooth.
  • Spread over brownies.
  • Refrigerate until set, 2 hours.
  • Heat remaining milk and semisweet chocolate chips over low heat stirring often, until melted and smooth; let cool until warm, 10-20 minutes.
  • Spread over white chocolate fudge to cover.
  • Refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Use foil to lift brownies from pan; remove foil.
  • Melt candy melts separately according to package directions.
  • Transfer to separate plastic food storage bags.
  • Snip one corner of each bag.
  • Drizzle melted candy over brownies.
  • Cut into squares.
