TOUCHDOWN PEPPERONI PIZZA SANDWICH

Steps:

• Spread mayonnaise on one slice and pizza or spaghetti sauce on the other slice.
• Lay pepperoni slices on the pizza sauce and the cheese over the top of that.
• Sprinkle Parmesan on the mayonnaise slice.
• Pop both pieces into the toaster oven (or put together and use a panini maker) until cheese is bubbly and melted.
• Fold sides together, and serve while warm.
• VARIATION: try this with your favorite pizza toppings OR cheeses.
• SERVING SUGGESTION: Cut on point into four pieces and use as "appetizers" or little kid-wiches.

TOUCHDOWN CALZONES

Steps:

• 1. preheat oven to 375* brown sausage, until browned, drain and set aside.
• 2. mix hot roll mix according to pkg, for pizza dough, roll into 8 pieces. roll each piece into an oval shape. place about 1/3 cup sausage mixture on each, place about a tablspoon of pizza sauce on each. bring up dough edges and pich together to seal, place on pan seam side up, flatten slightly, to form football shape.
• 3. let rise about 25 min. bake in oven for 20 min. while still hot brush with melted butter and minced garlic, sprinkle with grated parmesan, and place mozzarella strips, on top to form lace design.. place back in oven just till slightly melted, let set about 5 min. and serve

SUPER EASY PIZZA SANDWICH

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• Toast the bread in a toaster-- do not burn or over-toast.
• After they're toasted, place on a plate and spread the pizza sauce over one side of both slices.
• Sprinkle one layer of cheese, then add a layer of pepperoni, then another layer of cheese on one slice.
• Place the other slice on top and put on a cookie sheet.
• Bake for about 6 minutes, or until cheese is melted, wait to cool, and enjoy.
