- In a small saucepan, combine water, rice and butter; bring to a boil. In a large skillet, heat salad dressing over medium heat until hot. Add fillets; cook until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with rice.

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with canola oil spray. Sprinkle the fish with the salt and place it in the pan.
- Combine the coconut milk, cilantro, ginger, garam masala, garlic and jalapeno in a blender and pulse until fairly smooth. Pour the mixture over the fish. Bake until the fish is just opaque in the center, about 15 minutes. Garnish with more cilantro and serve with the rice.

- Sprinkle tilapia with pepper and salt. Place flour in a shallow bowl. In a second shallow bowl, combine salad dressing and yogurt. In a third shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, garam masala, cumin and cayenne. - Pat tilapia filets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In large skillet, heat oil and add tilapia filets. Cook until fish releases easily with a spatula; flip and cook until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside, tenting loosely with foil to keep warm.
- Add beans, corn, water, salsa, cumin, chili powder and contents of rice package to skillet, stir well. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer until water has been absorbed and rice is tender, about 7 minutes.
- Place rice in a serving dish and top with fish. Serve immediately.
