Three Berry Fruit Salad Recipes
THREE BERRY FRUIT SALAD
This a quick and easy way to stay cool in the heat, and healthy and sweet. With my Three Berry Fruit Salad. Enjoy and stay healthy and cool for the Summer, your children will like it as well.

Steps:
- 1. In a medium decorative bowl, wash all berries and place on paper towel to dry excess moisture off fruit.
- 2. Slice strawberries, sprinkle all berries with equal or confectioner sugar, let stand for about 10 minutes so the berries can absorb the sugar. Then mix yogurt and preserve in separate small bowl.
- 3. Top berries with yogurt mixture and place mint leaf on top for garnishment. Wallah!
VERY BERRY FRUIT SALAD
Steps:
- Place 6 glasses in the refrigerator.
- In a large bowl, combine the berries, vinegar and sugar. Stir gently. Cover securely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Spoon the berries into the chilled glasses. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
