Million Dollar Pie lives up to its name with mounds of creamy filling loaded with fruit and nuts -- and the best part? It's no-bake and a snap to make!

1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple (well drained)
1 (20-ounce) can pineapple tidbits (well-drained)
1 1/2 cups pecans, ~ (divided, and chopped )
1 1/4 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping (thawed )
1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping (thawed )
2 tablespoons coconut (toasted )
6-8 maraschino cherries

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix together sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice, using a hand-held electric mixer, until it's slightly thickened.
  • Stir in the crushed pineapple, pineapple tidbits, 3/4 cup pecans and 1 cup coconut until well incorporated.
  • Fold in 8 ounces of the thawed whipped topping. Pour into prepared crust and smooth evenly. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled, about 4-6 hours.
  • Before serving, top with remaining 8 ounces of thawed whipped topping, and garnish with 1/4 cup pecans, 2 Tablespoons toasted coconut and Maraschino cherries and serve.

Old Fashioned Million Dollar Pie... just like you remember from childhood! This creamy concoction is loaded with the flavors of pineapple, coconut, mandarin oranges, and chopped pecans in a sweet treat that's as easy as it is delicious!

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup salted butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
20 ounce can crushed pineapple, well drained
11 ounce can mandarin oranges, well drained
1 cup chopped pecans
8 ounce container Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix together, then press firmly into a 9 inch deep dish pie plate and bake at 325° F for 10 minutes.
  • While the crust is baking, toast the coconut by spreading 1/3 cup of it out on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 325°F for 4-6 minutes, stirring once. Set aside to cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice and mix well. Stir in the drained pineapple, oranges, and pecans, reserving 1-2 tablespoons of pecans. Fold in the Cool Whip and the untoasted coconut.
  • Spoon the filling into the prepared pie crust; sprinkle with toasted coconut and reserved pecans.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set, then garnish with marashino cherries & enjoy!

Million Dollar Pie is the perfect creamy no bake dessert. A classic recipe that is super simple to make will be a new family favorite!

Number Of Ingredients 10

10 graham cracker sheets (or 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs)
¼ cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
1 14-ounce can condensed milk
¼ cup lemon juice
1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple (drained well, see note 3)
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans (plus extra for decorating)
8 ounces whipped topping (Cool Whip) (thawed, plus extra for decorating)
maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
  • Crush the graham crackers in a food processor.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs with sugar and butter, and mix until well combined. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. - If you don't want to switch on the oven, pop the pressed crust in the freezer instead of baking as you prep the filling.
  • In a bowl, combine the condensed milk with lemon juice, crushed pineapple, coconut, pecans, and whipped topping.
  • Spoon into the prepared graham cracker crust, and chill for at least 3-4 hours or partially freeze to get clean slices.
  • Decorate with extra whipped topping and maraschino cherries.

It looked soooo good-I knew I should share it with you- after all- why should I be the only one wearing stretch pants..LOL

1 - 9-inch refrigerated pie crust,
1/3 cup(s) light brown sugar, lightly packed
1/3 cup(s) malted milk powder
3 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
14 ounce(s) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 cup(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
8 ounce(s) container thawed cool whip, divided
3/4 cup(s) crushed chocolate-covered malted milk balls,divided
garnishes: - chocolate syrup, maraschino cherries

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450^. Thoroughly prick bottom and sides of crust with for to prevent shrinking and bubbling. Bake pie crust in a glass pie plate for about 15- 20 minutes. Cool completely.Check so as not to burn.
  • Combine sugar,malted milk powder, cornstarch and salt in a medium saucepan. Whisk sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Remove from heat, stir in chips and vanilla until smooth. Refrigerate until cooled.
  • When cold fold in 1 1/4 cups of the whipped topping into the filling. Fold in 1/2 cup of malted balls. Spoon filling into cooled, baked crust. Top pie with remaining whipped topping; sprinkle with crushed malted balls. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with a cherries. Keep refrigerated.
