Ingredients

30 g olive oil
1 stalk celery
1 garlic clove
1 medium onion, peeled and quartered
1 red pepper, cut into chunks
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
800 g canned tomatoes

Steps:

Place the celery, garlic, onion and red pepper in TM bowl. mix 10 seconds/speed 4.
Cook 2 minutes/varoma temperature/speed 2.
Add the oregano, salt and tomatoes to the TM bowl. Blend for 15 seconds/speed 4.
Cook 25 minutes/90 degrees/speed 1.
