THERMOMIX "CREAM" OF MUSHROOM SOUP - TOTALLY VEGAN
This is a simple and delicious pureed soup. I use mushrooms, but any vegetable will do. A medium to large sized potato can be substituted for the rice if desired.

Steps:
- Combine the mushrooms, rice and stock in Thermomix bowl. Cook 15 minutes/90 degrees/speed 2.
- Carefully and slowly increase to speed 8 until soup is pureed smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
