COFFEE COGNAC COOLER
From *The World Encyclopedia of Coffee* -- The phrase *Dessert in a Glass* is oft-used, but this recipe sets a new std for it. Even the intro seems to apologize for it when it says "This drink is unabashedly decadent & not for those counting calories." *Enjoy* !

- NOTE FROM ME: I entered this recipe as written, but feel the need to ask a question. Is it just me or is it more than just a little silly to use 2 tsp of sugar in this recipe?.

MOCHA COFFEE COOLER
This is so wonderful on a hot summer day (or any time of year, for that matter). You can have your favorite coffee taste in a refreshing cooler. And it's easy to change a little bit to accommodate your favorite flavors, like by using flavored coffee creamers, or different types of coffee. I like it because, unlike other recipes, it's dairy-free. It may have some unusual ingredients, but trust me, they're necessary to make it all bond together and have the great cooler texture.

Steps:
- 1. In a pitcher or tall container, dissolve the coffee granules in the boiling water. Add the honey and mix well. Add the cinnamon stick; stir in the cold water and refrigerate until ready to use.
- 2. For Cooler: Fill four (12 oz) glasses with ice cubes. Add 1/4 c. of the coffee mixture and fill glass with milk. Garnish with a long cinnamon stick, if desired. * Substitute 1/4 cup extra-strong brewed coffee, instead of the instant coffee and boiling water, for a stronger coffee flavor.
