1 pound ground turkey
2 tablespoons grated onion
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
4 potato buns
Blue corn tortilla chips, for serving
Pickled jalapenos, for serving
Pico de gallo, for serving
Guacamole, for serving

Steps:

  • Add the turkey, onion, chili powder, garlic power, salt, coriander, cumin and pepper to a bowl and stir until combined. Shape the mixture into 4 burgers and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the burgers and cook for about 5 minutes; flip and cook until the internal temperature registers 165 degrees F, another 4 to 5 minutes, topping the burgers with the cheese in the last 2 minutes.
  • Transfer the burgers to the buns and top with tortilla chips, pickled jalapenos, pico de gallo and guacamole.

5 hamburger buns, divided
1 lb. 93%-fat-free ground turkey
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. (1/2 of 1-oz. pkg.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
1 red pepper, cut crosswise into 4 slices

Steps:

  • Heat greased grill pan on medium heat.
  • Open 4 buns; place, cut sides down, on hot grill pan. Grill 1 to 2 min. or until lightly toasted.
  • Meanwhile, process remaining bun in food processor until fine crumbs form; place in medium bowl. Add turkey, egg, taco seasoning and 1 cup cheese; mix just until blended. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Remove toasted buns from grill pan; set aside. Add turkey patties and peppers to pan. Grill 8 to 10 min. or until burgers are done (165°F) and peppers are crisp-tender, turning burgers after 5 min. and stirring peppers occasionally.
  • Top burgers with remaining cheese; grill 1 min. or until melted.
  • Fill buns with burgers and peppers.

1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 shallots, minced
1 egg yolk
Sea salt
Freshly cracked pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
12 mini burger buns or small soft dinner rolls, warmed in the oven
12 small lettuce leaves
12 slices tomato
1 cup thinly sliced red onions
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Ketchup

Steps:

  • Mix together the turkey, parsley, cumin, paprika, garlic, shallots and egg yolk in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix. Divide the turkey mixture into 12 equal portions and, using your hands, shape into 12 small burgers about 3 1/2 inches wide.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and cook the burgers until a thermometer inserted into the center registers 165 degrees F, about 3 minutes per side.
  • Serve the burgers on the mini buns with the lettuce, tomato and onions. Garnish with mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup to your liking.

1/4 cup onion, diced
2 tablespoons red bell peppers, diced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 -2 teaspoon olive oil
12 dinner rolls
1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
12 spinach leaves or 12 lettuce leaves
12 slices roma tomatoes

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine the turkey, oats, onion, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning in a large bowl; gently mix. Shape into 12 (2 inch) burgers.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the burgers 5 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, split the rolls and lightly toast in the oven. Place the burgers on the toasted rolls. Top with tomato and spinach. Spread dressing on the top bun. Serve warm.

2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix (old el paso is great)
1/4 cup crushed Doritos, nacho cheese flavor (or tortilla chips)
2 tablespoons salsa (we love Pace picante sauce)
1/4 teaspoon chopped jalapeno (optional)
salt and black pepper, to taste
4 hamburger buns, toasted
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 slices monterey jack cheese
shredded lettuce
1 avocado, peeled and sliced (or guacamole)
sliced tomatoes
Doritos (additional, placed between the buns for more crunch)
chopped jalapeno pepper
1 red onion, sliced
sour cream
salsa
chopped cilantro

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, working gently, mix ground beef with all burger ingredients except buns.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 quarters and lightly form into patties about 1" thick.
  • Place patties on an oiled outdoor grill (or you can cook in a skillet) and cook, turning once, about 10-15 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness. You can add the cheese slices onto the burgers a few minutes before they are done to melt if desired.
  • Meanwhile, open buns and toast on grill until lightly browned. Place cooked burgers on buns and top with desired toppings.
