Impress all of your guests with a delicious Party Cheese Ball. Known to frequent holiday open houses, this creamy Party Cheese Ball with a nutty exterior is usually the first dish to disappear from the appetizer table!

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 Tbsp. chopped red bell peppers
2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese and cheddar in small bowl with mixer until blended.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except nuts; mix well.
  • Refrigerate several hours.
  • Shape into ball; roll in nuts.

Very different from your average cheese ball. The orange juice and craisins make this recipe stand out. Everywhere I take this, I am asked for the recipe. Easy and Delicious! Measurements can be changed according to your tastes. You can make this the night before and place in fridge until ready to serve. Serve with Wheat Thins.

16 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
3/4 cup craisins (i like to use a mixture of whole craisins and some that i have choppped in food processor)
chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Soften cream cheese.
  • Mix softened cream cheese, orange juice concentrate, craisins in bowl.
  • Form mixture into ball using your hands.
  • Roll in chopped walnuts.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.

1/2 cup chopped pecans
chili powder, to taste
2 tablespoons garlic powder
16 ounces cheddar cheese
3 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon Heinz 57 steak sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Place cheddar and cream cheese at room temperature for about 1 hour to soften.
  • In a bowl mix Heinz 57 sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder until well blended.
  • Add cheese and roll into ball shape.
  • Shake chili powder onto waxed paper and roll ball until covered.
  • Repeat this step with chopped pecans until covered.
  • Place immeadiately into refrigerator to chill to keep ball shape.
  • Serve with party crackers.

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon butter, softened
1/2 cup flour
Dash of cayenne
24 stuffed green olives drained and dried
Paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine cheese, butter, flour and cayenne with a fork until a dough-like form forms. Scoop up a tablespoon of the dough and enclose one olive with dough. Roll into a ball and place on baking sheet. Repeat process using up remaining dough. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.

1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
2 cups creamy peanut butter
3 cups confectioners' sugar
3 cups crispy rice cereal, crushed (recommended: Rice Krispies)
1 cup semisweet mini chocolate morsels
2 (12-ounce) packages semisweet chocolate morsels

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, using your hand, combine butter, peanut butter, sugar, rice cereal and mini chocolate morsels. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place onto a parchment lined sheet pan in the freezer. In a double boiler, over simmering water, melt semisweet morsels. Stir constantly until melted and smooth. With a fork, dip the frozen balls in melted chocolate. Place on a cool cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in freezer for 5 to10 minutes until the chocolate has set. Store the balls in an airtight container at room temperature.

  • Rinse and pat dry 16 seedless grapes. In a small bowl, stir 1 container (8 oz.) softened neufchatel cream cheese and 2 teaspoons lemon juice until blended. With moistened fingers, wrap about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture around each grape. Roll each ball in 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans. Place on a plate. Chill at least 1 hour.To serve, insert picks if desired.
