MANGO-CARDAMOM BUTTERMILK SMOOTHIE



Mango-Cardamom Buttermilk Smoothie image

4 cups frozen diced mango
1 ripe banana, peeled and chopped
2 cups very cold buttermilk
1 tablespoon sugar or honey, plus more if mango isn't super sweet
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

Steps:

  • Combine the mango, banana, buttermilk, sugar, vanilla and cardamom in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide among 4 glasses and serve.

Steps:

  • Place mango, yogurt, ice, and milk into a blender. Sprinkle in cardamom and sweetener to taste. Puree until smooth, frothy, and creamy.n
