ST. PATRICK'S DAY PUNCH
I got this recipe from a friend years ago. It is my family's favorute at St' Patrick's day parties.

Steps:
- 1. Place sherbet in punch bowl.
- 2. Pour pineapple juice over it.
- 3. Slowly pour ginger ale into bowl.
- 4. Gently stir a little.
- 5. Garnish with lime slices if desired.
GREEN PUNCH FOR ST. PATRICK'S DAY PARTY
This a very tasty non-alcoholic punch, great for St. Patrick's Day party, for designated drivers, kids, and those who do not care so much for beer.

Steps:
- Pour 1 quart of hot water into a large saucepan, and dissolve the gelatin.
- Allow to cool.
- Pour the cooled gelatin into a large punch bowl.
- Stir in: pineapple juice, orange juice concentrate, sugar, and 4 ½ cups of cold water.
- Just before serving, pour in the Ginger Ale.

As long as you are going to be wearing green this Saint Patrick's Day, why not drink something green, too? Children will appreciate the opportunity to join in the festivities with this sweet and sparkly beverage. Since it's made with milk, the punch is good for them, too.
