SWEET AND SPICY ROASTED CAULIFLOWER
This easy Sweet and Spicy Roasted Cauliflower is a tasty Asian-inspired side dish you may want to eat as a snack!

Steps:
- Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a small mixing bowl, stir together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, sriracha, garlic, and pepper until thoroughly combined. Place the cauliflower in a large bowl and pour the sauce over the cauliflower. Stir/toss the cauliflower florets in the sauce until they are well coated and most of the sauce is on the cauliflower. Arrange the florets spread apart on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle any extra sauce onto the florets.
- Bake for 30 minutes until the florets are tender. The undersides will be golden brown. Serve hot.

- Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a rimmed baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and Sriracha. Whisk well.
- Gently add cauliflower and coat with marinade.
- Arrange cauliflower on baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes. Turn cauliflower over and roast for another 10 minutes, or until tender.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve

Steps:
- Whisk together flour, milk, baking powder and garlic powder.
- Add the chopped cauliflower and toss to coat. Make sure there's a thin layer of batter over the cauliflower.
- Deep fry cauliflower until golden brown, remove and drain excess oil.
- Make the spicy sesame sauce by combining the sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar and sriracha.
- Bring the sauce to a boil then add the cornstarch slurry. Mix in and let the sauce thicken.
- Add the fried cauliflower and toss to coat in sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped scallions. Serve with rice.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, Sriracha hot sauce, cumin, garlic powder, steak seasoning, and coriander together in a bowl. Place cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet and brush olive oil mixture (or use your hands) over the entire cauliflower.
- Roast in the preheated oven until cauliflower is lightly browned and dry, 30 to 40 minutes. Cool cauliflower for 5 to 10 minutes. Cut cauliflower into wedges and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each.

- Preheat oven to 400°. In a shallow bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. For batter, in a large bowl, mix flour, adobo seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper; whisk in beer until smooth.
