Steps:
- In a medium bowl, add and stir together all ingredients except for crab and bread crumbs.
- Fold in the crab and bread crumbs until combined.
- Quarter (score) the mixture with your hand. Each quarter will make 2 crab cakes. This will help make even size crab cakes. Form them into patties. If you have the time, refrigerate crab cakes for 15 minutes before pan frying to help them stay together.
- Heat oil in a frying pan big enough to hold all of the crab cakes at once or fry them in two batches. Add crab cakes and cook 4-5 minutes on each side. You may need to add a little more oil, if necessary while pan frying.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a 1 quart baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, garlic powder and about 2 tablespoons of the Cheddar cheese. Fold in crabmeat, hot sauce and 2 tablespoons seafood seasoning.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese and seafood seasoning. Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.

- 1. combine ingredients 1-9. add 1/3 of the bread crumbs.
- 2. fold ingredients together
- 3. on a large plate combine remaining bread crumbs and parsley. form the crab mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls. roll balls in the bread crumbs and parsley mixture.
- 4. deep fry at 320 degrees for 3 minutes or until golden brown
- 5. remove and drain oil
- 6. serve with spicy crab sauce
