STRAWBERRY COSMOPOLITAN
Strawberry puree and vodka are the key ingredients for our stylishly tasteful cosmopolitans. Garnish with strawberry slices.

Steps:
- Sprinkle sugar on saucer or small plate. Rub rim of chilled martini glass with lime wedge to moisten; dip rim of glass in sugar.
- In cocktail shaker with ice, shake vodka, strawberry puree, simple syrup and lime juice until blended. Pour into glass, straining out ice. Garnish with strawberry.

- In a mixing glass, place 2 strawberries, cointreau, and lime juce and gently mix.
- Add vokda and ice, and shake very well, and strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with reserved strawberries, making fans or whatever you wish!
