Steps:
- In a 4 1/2 quart pot/pan brown the ground turkey over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Add tomato paste and crushed tomatoes, stirring until all is combined.
- Add chicken broth to thin it down a little bit.
- Add spices, butter, and salt and pepper and allow to simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes (just long enough to boil the water and cook the pasta!).
- Taste and adjust seasonings to preference.

- Crumble sausage and turkey into a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray. Add the mushrooms, green pepper and onion. Cook and stir over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the puree, tomatoes, tomato paste, bay leaves and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes., Discard bay leaves. Serve desired amount with spaghetti. Cool remaining sauce; transfer to freezer containers. Freeze for up to 3 months., To use frozen sauce: Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Place in a saucepan and heat through.

- In a large non-stick pan brown the Turkey, Beef, onions, and garlic. Making sure the meat is just about cooked through, and all the juices are seeping out of the meat to help create a delicious meat sauce.
- Pour in the three jars of any flavor you want Ragu, and stir together.
- Put a bit of the water into each jar and shake and pour into mixture. Just so you don't miss any goodness. :).
- Allow all the ingredients to blend together while bringing to a simmer.
- Once you're ready to eat and it is completely heated pour over your favorite spaghetti or pasta noodle.
- Enjoy.

- Heat a large pot to medium high heat, add olive oil to grease the pot. Add onion and garlic, cook for 3-5 minutes or until fragrant. Add both ground turkey and sausage. Cook sausage and turkey until no longer pink (8-10 mins).
- Add tomatoes, red wine vinegar, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, and salt. Stir to combine, and bring to a boil. Immediately turn heat to low and let simmer.
