12 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. caramel sauce
1/3 c. chocolate sauce
1/2 c. Chopped roasted peanuts
2 c. chopped Snickers, for decorating ball
Graham crackers, for serving

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and caramel using a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Fold in chopped peanuts and chocolate sauce. Transfer mixture to plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Fold up sides and cover with plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate until slightly firm, 1 hour.
  • Unwrap and place on serving platter.
  • Press chopped Snickers all over. Let soften 20 minutes before serving, if necessary.
  • Serve with graham crackers.

This Snickers Cheese Ball is an easy appetizer, snack or dessert -- filled with cream cheese, peanut butter, caramel and chocolate it is the BEST with apple slices! Perfect for potlucks.

1/2 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup cream
16 oz cream cheese (2 packages)
1/2 cup powdered icing sugar
1/2 cup thick caramel sauce
1/2 cup + 1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts
1/4 cup + 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, chocolate chips and cream. Microwave on high in 20-30 second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth (should take 45-50 seconds).
  • Add cream cheese and beat until smooth and combined.
  • Add sugar and caramel sauce and beat until combined.
  • Stir in ½ cup peanuts and ¼ cup mini chocolate chips. Wrap in plastic wrap and press into a ball (to the best of your ability!). Refrigerate until set (to make ahead, wrap well and freeze at this point up to 3 months).
  • Combine remaining ½ cup peanuts and ½ cup mini chocolate chips in a shallow bowl. Roll cheese ball in peanut mixture, pressing into an even circle as you do so. Place on a large plate with apple slices and graham crackers and serve.

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup cream or milk
2 packages cream cheese (room temperature)
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup thick caramel sauce
1 cup finely chopped peanuts (divided)
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips (divided)

Steps:

  • Add peanut butter, chocolate chips and cream to a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 20-30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth (this should take about 45-50 seconds).

20 chocolate wafer cookies, finely ground
¼ cup butter
1 tablespoon white sugar
½ cup caramel chips, divided
¼ cup chopped peanuts, divided
4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 ½ cups white sugar
¾ cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided
16 mini chocolate-coated caramel-peanut nougat candy bars (such as Snickers®), divided
1 (7 ounce) can whipped cream
¼ cup chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix ground cookies, butter, and 1 tablespoon sugar together in a bowl until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Top crust with 1/4 cup caramel chips and 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts.
  • Mix cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups sugar together until smooth. Blend in milk. Mix in eggs 1 at a time; stir until just incorporated. Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons flour, using a wooden spoon, until batter is smooth.
  • Chop 6 mini candy bars into small pieces; toss with 1 tablespoon flour in a bowl (to prevent sinking to bottom of cake). Stir into batter; pour into crust-lined pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Keep door closed. Turn off heat; let cake cool in the oven for at least 3 hours. Remove from oven; chill 8 hours to overnight.
  • Release cake from pan; transfer to a serving plate. Decorate top edge of cake with whipped cream. Put remaining 1/4 cup caramel chips and 2 tablespoons chocolate chips in separate microwave-safe bowls; heat in the microwave until melted, about 1 minute. Drizzle melted caramel over cake; repeat with melted chocolate. Chop remaining candy bars and arrange on top of whipped cream. Sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons peanuts on cake.
