S'MORES BARS
S'mores Bars are an easy, decadent 5 ingredient dessert layered with marshmallows, milk chocolate, and graham cracker crust, no campfire required!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs (set aside 1/4 cup of the graham cracker crumbs), butter and salt.
- Press mixture into 9x13 pan and bake 10 minutes.
- Top with 4 cups of the mini marshmallows and bake for 10 more minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes to let the marshmallows deflate.
- Add the whole bag of milk chocolate chips in an even layer.
- Top with remaining marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs and bake for 10 more minutes.
- Let cool completely before slicing.

- Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix crushed crackers, cookie mix, melted butter and water. Press half of mixture in bottom of ungreased 9-inch square pan or baking dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over mixture. Top evenly with marshmallows. Cover with remaining cookie mixture, pressing to cover marshmallows as completely as possible.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 hour. Cut into 3 rows by 3 rows.

Steps:
- Microwave ½ of the marshmallows and butter in a bowl, stirring every 15 seconds, until fully melted.
- Add cereal and graham crackers into the bowl and mix until well coated. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- Add the chopped chocolate bars and mix just until combined.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the cooled mixture into the pan.
- Press into the edges of the pan and top with more chocolate pieces and remaining mini marshmallows.
- Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut and serve.
- Enjoy!

S'MORES MAGIC BARS RECIPE

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 inch glass pan.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of the pan.
- Then pour the sweetened condensed milk over the graham cracker crust.
- Break up the graham crackers and Hershey bars into pieces and spread all over the top of the sweetened condensed milk.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Then remove from oven and carefully put marshmallows all over the top and return to the oven for another 10 - 15 minutes. (marshmallows should start to turn brown)
- Remove from oven and quickly spread the M & M's over the top of dessert. Return to oven for about 3-5 more minutes.
- Let cool for about 30 minutes. Then melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl or container. Drizzle melted chocolate chips over entire dessert. (Or you can put melted chocolate in a baggy and clip the corner and pipe over all of the dessert).
- Let cool for about an hour. Then slice and serve!

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- In a small bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt.
- Add to butter mixture and mix at a low speed until combined.
- Divide dough in half and press half of dough into an even layer on the bottom of the prepared pan. We found it works best to use our fingers.
- Place chocolate bars over dough (3 king-sized Hershey bars should fit perfectly side by side, but break the chocolate if necessary to get it to fit in a single layer no more than 1/4 inch thick).
- Spread marshmallow creme over chocolate layer.
- Place remaining dough in a single layer on top of the marshmallow (most easily achieved by flattening the dough into small, flat shingles and laying them together).
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until a light golden brown.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
