2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup creole mustard
2 large garlic cloves, pressed
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 1/4 teaspoons smoked paprika
3/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Steps:

  • Whisk together all ingredients until blended.
  • Cover and chill 2 hours before serving. May be stored in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days.

3 tablespoons whole-grain Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Hot sauce, to taste

Steps:

  • Pulse all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Pour into a covered container and refrigerate until ready to use.
