Time 1h5m

Number Of Ingredients 12

2.2 lbs chicken wings
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp fine table salt
¼ tsp black pepper (finely ground)
½ cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
½ cup unsalted butter
5 oz blue cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1 clove of garlic (crushed)

  • Take the wings off the heat and place in a bowl. Add the hot sauce and stir gently to coat the wings.

SMOKED CHICKEN WINGS

Smoked Chicken Wings image

This easy-to-prepare recipe is a surefire winner for your next party. Perfect for watching the game with friends! I use an offset smoker for this recipe, but indirect heat in a 22 1/2 kettle grill works fine too.

Time 2h10m

Yield 8

Number Of Ingredients 5

16 chicken wings, tips discarded
