2 pounds beef boneless round steak
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
1 jar (26 ounces) tomato pasta sauce (any variety)
1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
1 medium zucchini, cut lengthwise in half, then cut crosswise into slices (about 1 cup)

Steps:

Cut beef into 6 serving-size pieces; sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Layer beef and onion in 3- to 4-quart slow cooker. Pour pasta sauce over top.
Cover and cook on Low heat setting 8 to 9 hours.
About 20 minutes before serving, stir in tortellini and zucchini. Increase heat setting to High. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until tortellini are tender.

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 lb boneless beef top round steak, trimmed of fat
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onion, halved lengthwise, thinly sliced
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 can (4 oz) mushroom pieces and stems, drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

Steps:

In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper; place in skillet. Cook 4 to 6 minutes, turning once, until well browned.
Meanwhile, spray 3- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In cooker, mix onion, carrot and mushrooms.
Cut browned beef into 4 pieces; place in cooker over vegetables. In same skillet, mix soup and tomato sauce. Pour over beef.
Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours. Stir sauce well before serving over beef.

1 -2 lb round steak (Cut up in Bite Size Pieces)
2 tablespoons flour
1 medium onion (Diced)
1 medium bell pepper (Diced)
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons soy sauce
salt
pepper
garlic powder

Steps:

Place Steak in the Crock pot Season, Sprinkle Flour.
Add Onions, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes and Soy Sauce.
Cover.
Cook on low 4-6 Hours.

3 potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 onion, chopped
6 carrots, peeled and sliced into 1 inch pieces
2 pounds boneless round steak
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
¾ cup water

Steps:

Place the potatoes, onion, and carrots in slow cooker. Cut steak into six pieces, then place the meat on top of vegetables. In a mixing bowl, combine the soup mix, soup, and water; pour over beef.
Cover, and cook on Low for 7 to 10 hours.
