2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant French vanilla pudding mix
3 cups milk
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
¼ cup butter, softened
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (14 ounce) package chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies, crushed (divided)

Steps:

  • Whisk French vanilla pudding mix with milk in a large bowl until softly set, about 2 minutes. Pudding will thicken as it stands. Cream confectioners' sugar, cream cheese, and butter in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy. Stir cream cheese mixture into pudding until thoroughly combined; gently fold frozen whipped topping into the mixture.
  • Place half the cookie crumbs into the bottom of an 9x12-inch dish; retain remaining crumbs for topping. Spread the filling over the layer of cookie crumbs and top with remaining crumbs, covering completely. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

Nothing says chocolate Better than Cookies and Cream and Chocolate too. This recipe makes a family size pan. 9X13 pan Big Batch. Serves about 20 NOTE: Prep Time in recipe includes chilling time....

SLINGING MUD
CREAM TOGETHER
1 C powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese ( softened @ room temp)
ADD, AND BEAT WELL WITH MIXER TIL THICKENS SLIGHTLY
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Lg pkg chocolate fudge instant pudding or 2 small
3 1/2 Cups cold milk
FOLD IN THIS COOLWHIP
1 (16oz) big tub cool whip
SET ASIDE THESE CRUSHED COOKIES
2 (1 lb pkgs) oreo cookies, crushed ( use only 1 1/2 pkgs)
TOPPING ( OPTIONAL)
1 regular size milk chocolate hershey bar, white chocolate or milk chocolate( shaved for topping)
1 Cup chopped nuts ( i prefer pecans, sliced almonds or cashews)
TIPS:
drizzle hot fudge between layers , or marshmallows, even melted caramel. use your imagination, as i did.

Steps:

  • 1. Mix Following Recipe exactly above in a large bowl. Layer In Ungreased 9X13 baking dish.
  • 2. Layer as Follows: Layer 1 1/3 C Crushed Cookies Layer 1/2 of the Chocolate Pudding Layer Crushed Cookies Layer Pudding Mixture Ending with some Cookie Crumbs on top Optional Toppings: Shaved Hershey bar Chocolate, Pecans, sliced Almonds or Nuts of Choice. Chill at least 1 hr before serving.
  • 3. This makes a large Batch serves about 20 No Cooking involved

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 pound butter, melted
3 cups chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs (recommended: Oreos)
1 gallon coffee ice cream (amount varies depending on size of the bowl)
2 cups chocolate fudge sauce
Whipped cream
Chocolate sauce

Steps:

  • Melt butter. Grind cookie crumbs in a food processor. Add butter to crumbs to make a formable consistency. Press into a very large pie pan leaving a slight mound in the center and the crust going all the way up on edge. Freeze the crust for several hours. Pack ice cream into a mixing bowl the same diameter as the pie pan. Freeze the ice cream in the bowl for several hours. Invert the ice cream onto the crust and work the ice cream out of the bowl. Pour fudge sauce on top of the mud pie. Cover with plastic and freeze again. Cut into slices to serve. Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.

50g dark chocolate
ice
60ml coffee-flavoured liqueur
60ml vodka
60ml Irish cream liqueur
100ml double cream

Steps:

  • Put two small tumblers in the fridge to chill overnight. Put 30g of the chocolate in a shallow bowl and melt in the microwave in short bursts. Dip the rim of the chilled glasses in the melted chocolate, then stand them upright so it gradually drips down the sides. Return to the fridge until you're ready to serve.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then pour in the coffee-flavoured liqueur, vodka, Irish cream liqueur and double cream. Shake until the outside of the shaker is very cold.
  • Put a few ice cubes in the prepared glasses, then strain in the cocktail. Finely grate over the remaining chocolate and serve with a paper straw.
