1 lb Simple Truth™ 90/10 Ground Beef
1 tablespoon Simple Truth™ Organic Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
½ teaspoon Simple Truth™ Organic Salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground Simple Truth™ Organic Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Simple Truth™ Organic Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon shallot, minced
6 slider buns
1 tablespoon Simple Truth™ Organic Olive Oil
5 slices shredded cheddar cheese, quartered
½ head Simple Truth Organic™ Butter Lettuce, cut into 1" squares
9 cherry tomatoes, halved
6 red onions
18 slices dill pickle
Simple Truth™ No Sugar Added Ketchup
2 Simple Truth™ Avocados, pitted
¼ cup Simple Truth™ Organic Whole Milk Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons lime juice
½ teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
6 skewers, 9 3/4

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix the Simple Truth™ ⁹⁰⁄₁₀ Ground Beef with the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and shallot until just combined.
  • Divide the beef mixture into 18 balls (about 1-1½ tablespoons each) and flatten into ½"-thick patties.
  • Using a 2-2½" ring cookie cutter, cut each side of the slider buns into small rounds.
  • Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Toast the buns, cut sides down, for 20 seconds, or until golden brown. Set aside.
  • Heat the olive oil in the same skillet. Working in batches, add the beef patties and cook for 90 seconds. Flip and reduce the heat to medium. Place a quarter slice of cheddar on top of each patty and cook for 90 seconds more, or until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked through. Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining patties and cheese.
  • Make the avocado dip: In a blender, combine the avocado flesh, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, lime juice, and salt. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes, until smooth. Season with more salt to taste.
  • Assemble the skewers: Thread a toasted bottom bun onto a skewer, followed by a beef patty, a piece of lettuce, a tomato half, a piece of red onion, and a pickle slice. Repeat stacking the ingredients from the beef patty to the pickle 2 more times, then finish with a top bun. Repeat to make 5 more skewers.
  • Serve the skewers immediately with the avocado dip and Simple Truth™ No Sugar Added Ketchup for dipping.

4 oz center cut raw bacon (minced)
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 head butter lettuce
30 cherry tomatoes
30 dill pickle chips or slices
ketchup (mayo and/or mustard optional for serving)

Steps:

  • Using your hands, gently mix together the beef, bacon, mustard, salt, onion powder and pepper.
  • Form into 30 (golf ball size) meatballs.
  • Heat a grill or grill pan to high heat and grill 3 minutes on each side, or until your desired doneness.
  • Place on skewers with lettuce, pickles and tomatoes and serve with ketchup and mustard for dipping.

1/2 cup KRAFT Sweet Honey Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup grape jelly
24 small frozen fully cooked meatballs (about 1 lb.)
24 drained canned pineapple chunks in juice (about 1/2 of 20-oz. can)
1 large red pepper, cut into 24 pieces

Steps:

  • Cook barbecue sauce and jelly in large skillet on medium heat 2 min. or until jelly is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  • Add meatballs; cook 10 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Thread 1 meatball onto each of 24 wooden skewers or toothpicks alternately with 1 each pineapple chunk and red pepper piece.

2 slices thick-cut bacon
9 ounces ground beef
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 to 3 splashes Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, pressed
3 slices Cheddar, quartered
1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
12 dill pickle chips
2 tablespoons your favorite burger condiment
3 cherry tomatoes, halved

Steps:

  • Heat a skillet with a lid over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook, turning occasionally, until crisp, about 12 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, mix together the ground beef, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce and garlic in a small bowl until well combined. Divide the mixture into 6 equal mini patties. Set aside.
  • Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside. Add the burger bites and cook until well browned all over and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Add 2 of the quartered pieces of cheese to the top of each bite and cover the skillet with the lid. Allow the cheese to melt, 1 minute. Remove the bites to a plate.
  • Tear each bacon piece into bite-size pieces. Start building up the bites by placing a piece of bacon on top of each patty, then a couple of folded leaves of spinach, a couple of pickles, a dollop of your favorite burger condiment, and a half a tomato, securing it all with a toothpick or small skewer. Repeat with the remaining ingredients until all the bites are built, and serve.

Steps:

  • HEAT grill to medium-high heat.
  • MIX first 3 ingredients just until blended; shape into 8 (3-inch) patties.
  • GRILL 3 to 5 min. on each side or until done (165 degrees F). Top with cheese; grill 1 min. or until melted. Meanwhile, grill buns, cut-sides down, until toasted.
  • FILL buns with burgers.
  • How to Portion Meat: Use a 1/4-cup (2-oz.) ice cream scoop to portion meat for each patty.

This recipe came from Kraft Foods and the photo was so cute. It showed these little "kabobs" made with meatballs, pineapple and peppers on wooden toothpicks. It was adorable! I have not tried them, but wanted to share them with you. The serving number is based on using toothpicks as the skewers, with one meatball, one pineapple chunk and one piece of pepper per toothpick. Hope you enjoy!

1/2 cup barbecue sauce (suggest KRAFT Honey Barbecue Sauce or BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce)
1/4 cup grape jelly
1 lb meatballs, small, prepared, frozen, should contain 24 meatballs
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 large red pepper, cut into cubes

Steps:

  • MIX barbecue sauce and jelly in large skillet. Cook and stir on medium heat 2 minute or until jelly melts.
  • ADD meatballs to skillet; cook 10 minute or until heated through.
  • SKEWER each meatball alternately on long wooden skewer or toothpick with pineapple chunk and red pepper.
