There's no secret to this creamy seafood appetizer-it's simply delicious! I originally tasted it at a friend's house, and I liked it so much that I requested the recipe. It's since become a family favorite. -Brenda Buhler, Abbotsford, British Columbia

Ingredients

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup seafood cocktail sauce
12 ounces frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
3 green onions with tops, sliced
Assorted crackers

Steps:

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth. , Spread mixture on a round 12-in. serving platter. Top with seafood sauce. Sprinkle with shrimp, mozzarella, green pepper, tomato and onions. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with crackers.

Ingredients

1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. lime zest
18 medium shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked
18 large thin wheat snack crackers

Steps:

Mix mayo, parsley, onions and zest. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Spoon onto crackers just before serving.
