- In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir in the soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger; set aside., In a large nonstick skillet or wok, stir-fry broccoli in oil for 2 minutes. Add red pepper and onions; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add the shrimp, Oriental vegetables and garlic; cook 3 minutes longer. , Stir cornstarch mixture and stir into shrimp mixture. Add the peanuts. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

Steps:
- In a large frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp to the pan, then season with ½ teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper. Cook until the shrimp is pink. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and add asparagus.
- Add ginger and garlic, then season with ½ teaspoon of salt. Stir frequently and cook until the asparagus is tender-crisp.
- Return the shrimp to the pan, then add soy sauce. Stir until the ingredients are well combined. Just before the dish is ready, add lemon juice, stir once more, then serve while hot.

Steps:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in the shrimp and season with ¼ teaspoon of the salt.
- Fry the shrimp for 1 minute on each side.
- Remove the shrimp from the pan and pour in the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Toss in the onion and remaining ¼ teaspoon of salt and sauté for a few minutes until they begin to soften.
- Add in the broccoli, garlic and soy sauce and sauté until the garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Toss the shrimp back into the pan and mix until everything is well incorporated and the shrimp is fully cooked, about 1 minute.
- Divide the mixture evenly between 4 bowls.

- Slice shrimp in half lengthwise.
- Prepare the penne pasta as per package directions.
- Mix together the mayonnaise, broth, lemon rind and lemon juice.
- Heat the seasame oil in a non-stick skillet or wok.
- Stir-fry the ginger and garlic in the hot oil over medium high heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add shrimp and asparagus; stir-fry 3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
- Do not overcook as the shrimp will become tough.
