Shot Glass Cream Cheese Dessert Recipes
CHEESECAKE SHOT-GLASS DESSERTS
Like personalized parfaits, these charming desserts, with hints of coffee and rich chocolate, make a sweet finish to any gathering.

Steps:
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Divide mixture in half; place in separate bowls. Stir coffee liqueur into half; stir lemon peel into remaining half of cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon 2 teaspoons chocolate cookie crumbs into bottoms of six 2-oz cordial glasses (shot glasses). Top with 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons cookie crumbs and another 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur cream cheese mixture. Top each with coffee bean.
- Spoon 2 teaspoons graham cracker crumbs into bottoms of six 2-oz cordial glasses (shot glasses). Top with 2 tablespoons lemon cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons graham cracker crumbs and another 2 tablespoons lemon cream cheese mixture. Top each with blueberries and raspberries. Refrigerate desserts at least 30 minutes before serving.

SHOT GLASS CREAM CHEESE DESSERT
I made this dessert when I wanted to make something small and sweet for dessert. All I had in the house was cream cheese and chocolate chips, and thus the Shot Glass Cream Cheese Dessert was born. It is so simple and can be whipped up in an instant. You can substitute crushed graham crackers instead of mini chocolate chips if you'd like more of a crust.

- Line the bottom of 12 shot glasses with miniature chocolate chips.
- Whip cream cheese and sugar together in a bowl with an electric hand mixer on medium speed.
- Layer cream cheese into the shot glasses, alternating with layers of chocolate chips. Garnish with milk chocolate candy kisses.

- Make the crust: In a medium bowl, mix together crumbs and melted butter until combined and crumbs are moistened. Divide evenly between individual serving dishes (about 2 tablespoons per serving dish). Press on the mixture with your fingers to form a crust layer.
- Make the filling: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar, and whisk well until combined and completely smooth (if grainy, beat with an electric mixer until smooth). Add in vanilla and lemon zest. Set aside to let sugar dissolve into the cream cheese. Using an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whisk heavy cream until soft peaks form. Avoid overbeating. Using a spatula, gently fold half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the other half. Evenly spoon (or pipe using a piping bag) about ½ cup of filling into each serving dish.
- Top with fresh fruit or any other topping you like (read above post for suggestions). Cover and place in the fridge for at least one hour before serving, or up to 2-3 days.
