Ingredients

2 cups chilled prosecco (Italian sparkling white wine)
1/4 cup chilled vodka
2/3 cup frozen lemon sorbet
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh mint leaves

Steps:

Pour the Prosecco and vodka into 4 champagne flutes. Spoon a scoop of sorbet into each flute. Sprinkle with mint and serve immediately.

1/4 cup lemon liqueur
1/4 cup sparkling white wine
Lemon slices, for garnish

Steps:

In a blender, combine ice cream, vodka, and lemon liqueur until completely blended. Divide between 2 glasses and fill the glasses with the sparkling wine. Garnish each glass with sliced lemon.

2 scoops lemon sorbet (or gelato)
3 ounces citrus-infused vodka
3 ounces limoncello (lemoncello or lemon liqueur)
sparkling white wine (or Italian Prosecco)

Steps:

In a blender, combine gelato, vodka and lemoncello. Blend until smooth.
Divide between 2 glasses (picture has thin, tall glasses like champagne flutes), then add sparkling wine to fill glasses. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
