SCOTCH TEAS

Scotch Teas image

My mom always made these when I was growing up. I have no idea where the recipe came from, but everyone loves them. They're very simple and yummy. My family always digs into them before they're cool so we tend to eat lots of crumbs instead of bars, which is just fine with us.

Time 35m

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 c butter
1 c brown sugar, firmly packed
2 c quick cooking oats

  • 2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  • 3. Add brown sugar and stir to combine.
