THANKSGIVING TURKEY BURGERS
What do you get when you combine cranberry sauce, turkey and a brioche roll? These amazing Thanksgiving Turkey Burgers! So juicy and delicious!

- In a small skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil with carrots and onion over medium heat. Cook until reduced in size and opaque.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey with grated carrots, onion, celery seed, 1 tablespoon seasoned bread crumbs, garlic powder, black pepper and lightly beaten egg. Incorporate ingredients, but do not over mix.
- Form into 4 equal size burger patties.
- Place remaining bread crumbs onto a plate or other shallow dish. Dredge each patty to cover it in bread crumbs.
- Heat tablespoon olive oil over medium high heat in a skillet.
- Working in batches, cook 2 of the turkey burgers, about 4 on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- Cook next batch with last 1 tablespoon olive oil. You can do them together as long as you have a large enough skillet.
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for herbed mayonnaise. This includes mayo, sage, thyme, rosemary and fine sea salt.
- On each roll, place a small amount of leafy greens, followed by a cooked turkey burger patty, then herbed mayo and cranberry sauce.

Fire up the grill and enjoy a flavorful burger and French-style mayonnaise without the guilt! From eatbetteramerica..... Ok, I just tried this last night and I have to say these are the best turkey burgers I have had. Hubby is a huge fan of turkey burgers and I am not so much but these were very juicy and tender and the flavor is very good. I was disappointed with the garlicky mayo since I ran out of real garlic and had to use powder. I can only imagine how good it would have been with real garlic!

- Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
- In large bowl, stir turkey, oats, soy sauce, seasoning blend, onion and egg white until well mixed. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
- Place patties on grill. Cook uncovered over medium heat about 15 minutes, turning once, until thermometer inserted in center of patty reads 165°F.
- Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on bottom of each bun. Place burgers over mayonnaise; top with lettuce, tomatoes and top of buns.

SPICY AND SAVORY BROILED TURKEY BURGERS
These are some of my favorite turkey burgers. They begin with the beautiful trio of onion, garlic, and ginger and are accented with a wide range of spices. Most ground turkey comes in 20-ounce plastic-covered trays, so I usually just peel off the top, dump all the ingredients in, make patties, and throw away the package. No dishes to do, except for the cooking pan and utensil.

- Set an oven rack about 4 to 5 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Lightly spray a broiling pan with cooking spray.
- Combine turkey, onion, garlic, ginger, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, cumin, coriander, chili powder, red pepper flakes, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix by hand until uniformly combined. Form into 4 patties and place on the prepared pan.
- Broil until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 160 degrees F (71 degrees C), 6 to 7 minutes per side.

- In a bowl large enough to hold all the ingredients, mix together the first 5 ingredients until well combined. Add ground turkey to the bowl and mix everything together until evenly combined. Divide turkey mixture into 4 balls and flatten into patties about 1 inch thick.
- Preheat an already cleaned gas grill by turning on all the burners and closing the lid for 15 minutes. Oil the grates. Lay the turkey patties on the preheated grill, burners on high, for about 5 minutes or until patties are well seared on one side and cooked about halfway through. Flip patties and reduce the heat to medium, cover and cook another 5-7 minute or until the second half is nicely seared and patties are cooked through. Remove patties to a clean plate and loosely tent with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes.,
