750 ml white wine
3 cups cranberry juice
3 cups ginger ale
1 cup cranberries

Steps:

In a large pitcher combine white wine and cranberry juice until well combined.
When ready to serve, top with ginger ale and cranberries.

4 ounces ice
3 ounces wine (white, red, or rosé)
3 ounces soda (citrus flavors are great)
Optional: seasonal fruit

Steps:

Gather the ingredients
Fill an 8-ounce tumbler halfway with ice.
Add the wine and soda.
Toss in slices of your favorite fruit, if desired.
Stir and enjoy.

Ingredients

1/2 cup ice cube
6 -8 ounces white wine (your favorite) or 6 -8 ounces blush wine (your favorite)
maraschino cherry, and juice
6 -8 ounces carbonated lemon-lime beverage

Steps:

in blender, chop up ice (if you already have crushed ice you can skip this step).
put into pitcher.
add in wine, soda, and 3-4 cherries and 2 tsp juice.
stir gently.
pour into your favorite wine or beverage glass (martini or marguerita glasses look great with this).
dress with a wedge of lime or lemon and a cherry.

Alot of times, if a bottle of red wine sits open for a couple of days, I find the flavor has changed and I don't enjoy it as much. Instead of throwing it out, I like to make wine spritzers instead. Instead of using ginger ale or seltzer, I really like them made with Fresca. Freshens up the wine and is really tasty! Add more or less Fresca for your tastes. Great for summer evenings on the deck.
