Coffee soda is one of the easiest drinks you can make, and it's a delicious, refreshing treat on a hot afternoon. Spruce this simple drink up with a sprig of your favorite herb or a wedge of citrus and enjoy the sparkling coffee!

Ingredients

8 ounces sparkling water
4 ounces cold brew (or cooled coffee)
1 cup coffee ice cubes
Rosemary sprig or lemon wedge (optional garnishes)

Steps:

Fill a glass with ice. We like to use coffee ice cubes for a stronger flavor, but regular ice works, too.
Get out your cold brew. If you're using regular brewed coffee, let it sit for at least 10 minutes to cool down.
Pour the sparkling water into your glass. Then pour the cold brew on top and take a moment to admire the beautiful layers. Add a sprig of rosemary or a wedge of lemon for a fun garnish!

Ingredients

1 pint coffee ice cream
2 tablespoons ground coffee (finely ground)
1/2 cup light rum
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
instant coffee powder

Steps:

Spoon coffee ice cream into blender container.
Add rum + coffee that has been finely ground to a powdery texture & blend on hi-speed until creamy smooth.
Pour into tall glasses.
Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream to each glass. Sprinkle lightly w/instant coffee powder.

This is from the Flat Belly Diet. It is delicious. The cucumber and lemon are natural diurectics. The ginger and spearmint help relieve bloating. I just really like all these flavors together. I use purified water. Drink this throughout the day. Cook time is the time it is refrigerated overnight.

8 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 medium cucumber, sliced thin
1 medium lemon, sliced thin
12 leaves spearmint

Steps:

Mix all ingredients together in a pitcher.
Refrigerate overnight.
Strain water.
Drink all 8 1/2 cups during the day.
Really good!

1/4 cup coffee-flavored liqueur
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules or 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
2 teaspoons sugar
1 (10 ounce) bottle club soda, chilled
1 pint vanilla ice cream, slightly softened

Steps:

Into each of two tall 14-ounce glasses, measure 2 tablespoons coffee-flavored liqueur, 1 1/2 teaspoons instant-coffee granules or powder, and 1 teaspoon sugar. Stir mixture until coffee dissolves. Pour about 1/4 cup club soda into each glass and stir with coffee mixture.
Spoon ice cream into glasses. Slowly pour remaining club soda over ice cream. Serve with iced-tea spoons and straws.

1/2 cup hot water
8 teaspoons ground coffee (finely ground to powder)
2 cups milk
4 scoops chocolate ice cream
1 quart club soda
sweetened whipped cream or prepared whipped topping, as desired

Steps:

Place very hot water in a med-sized pitcher & stir in coffee (finely ground to a powder texture) until dissolved.
Stir in milk.
Place 1 scoop of ice cream in each of 4 ice cream soda glasses.
Pour coffee/milk mixture equally into each glass.
Fill glasses almost to brim w/club soda.
Top w/sweetened whipping cream or prepared whipped topping.
