SPICY TURKEY CHILI
Lots of spice adds a layer of warmth to this turkey chili that you can make in a slow-cooker. This recipe calls for boneless, skinless turkey thighs, serrano chiles, chipotle chile in adobo, whole peeled tomatoes, and chili powder.

- In a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker, combine turkey, garlic, onion, serrano chiles, chipotle chile, tomato puree, chili powder, and 1 teaspoon salt. Cover and cook on high until turkey is fork-tender, 3 hours (or 6 hours on low).
- Add beans and cook until warmed through, about 30 minutes more. Stir in vinegar and season with salt.

- Brown turkey over medium heat in a heavy pot, stirring frequently and breaking up turkey. Cook until brown, about 8 minutes.
- Raise heat to medium-high and add onions. Cook until onions are browned and caramelized, about 4 minutes. Add the fire roasted tomatoes. Stir to combine. Add the Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Spanish Rice, water, chili powder, cumin, and coriander. Stir to combine.
- Bring chili to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer until flavors have blended, about 8 minutes.

- Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Brown the turkey meat, breaking it up into crumbles as it cooks, then stir in onion and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the turkey is no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Sprinkle on 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper; stir to combine, and continue cooking until the meat is browned, about 5 more minutes. Pour in the beer, and cook until the beer is reduced by about half.
- Pour the diced tomatoes with chile peppers, stewed tomatoes, kidney beans, 1 more tablespoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, oregano, and cumin into a slow cooker. Stir in the turkey mixture and chicken broth. Set the cooker to High, and cook for 2 hours.
