Ingredients

8 ounces uncooked medium noodles
1 1/2 cup creamed cottage cheese
1 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can (16 ounce size) salmon, drained
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Steps:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well. Mix noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and salmon. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole (greased). Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.

Ingredients

1/2 cup green onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter
16 ounces egg noodles, cooked
1 (16 ounce) can salmon
1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded

Steps:

Mix green onion, garlic, cottage cheese, sour cream, dill, pepper and liquid from salmon.
Spray Pam in a 9x13 inch pan.
Mix butter with hot noodles. Put in buttered noodles.
Add salmon broken into chunks.
Pour mixture over salmon.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Recipe says 325 degrees Fahrenheit but I think that temperature might be too low.

1/2 cup sour cream
1(4oz) can(s) mushrooms drained
1 cup cream-style cottage cheese
3Tbsp chopped green onion
1/4 tsp dill weed
1 cup grated chedder cheese

Steps:

1. prepare noodle as on package. add to salmon,mushrooms,cottage cheese,onions and dill weed, Spoon into 1 1/2-qt buttered casserole TOP with cheese. BAKE at 350° for 15-20 minutes
